Strengths = I relate well to patients and families.  I encourage patients to become an active participant in his/her health care and decision making.  I am flexible within certain boundaries. Patients often want to try homeopathic or atypical medicine.  If there is no serious contraindication, I have no objection. 

I also have precepted NP students and medical students.  They are almost always challenging.  In the past, I have participated in a Procedure Clinic which involved biopsies (primarily endometrial and skin).
