Strengths = My background as a nurse manager in a large hospital allowed me the strength to develop interpersonal skills and a facility towards 

appreciating and dealing with the issues that arise from managing a multi-million dollar budget and staff.  I was innovative in that role in developing 

special programs not seen before in that institution (see resume), which are still being carried on today (years later).  I have the clinical knowledge 

and skills that come from working well woman health care, gyn/oncology and urogynecology.  I am adaptable and my patients love me :-)

Special Skills = Experience in doing endometrial biopsy, fitting /managing pessaries, doing simple and complex urodynamic testing.  Extensive 

training in management theory/application.
