Rural Hospital in western Arizona has immediate opening for a Director of Pharmacy. Pharmacy currently under contract with an outside firm, but hospital wishes to take charge of operation. Responsible for planning, organizing and directing the overall operation of the Pharmacy Department; ensures compliance with patient care quality standards as it relates to the care provided to all age groups of patients ranging from newborns to the elderly; directs and controls the purchase and inventory maintenance of pharmaceuticals and related substances and supplies; participates in the department.s planning, revenue analysis, budgeting, education and human resources activities. Also performs duties of a Staff Pharmacist as needed. Prior hospital pharmacy director experience. Doctorate of Pharmacy degree or Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent. Salary $100,000.00 - $154,000.00 plus excellent benefits and relocation.

ALABAMA HOME INFUSION PHARMACIST OR PHARMACIST MANAGER!

Home Infusion Pharmacist or Pharmacist Manager for Huntsville, Alabama. Main Duties: Consistently observes and reviews work performed by the pharmacy staff to ensure adherence to established standards and delivery of quality patient care and customer service. Pharmacists provide clinical nutrition services (TPN and TEN) and clinical monitoring for all IV therapies, in addition to being an integral member of an interdisciplinary team. Hours: Monday – Friday 8AM-5PM and call rotation. Skill’s Required: Home Infusion experience.
