NP provides patient/employee care and disability management and consultative oversight and management of on-site Employee Health clinic. Position requires performance of physical exams; ordering and performing basic tests; prescribing medications and administering follow-up direct care for worker injuries and illnesses along with assisting in evaluating work capacity and extent of disability. Experience in an ambulatory care or urgent care setting is preferred. Familiarity with Employee injury/illness prevention, clinical assessment, Employee health counseling and implementation of work-site health promotion strategies desirable. Familiarity with the field of Occupational medicine, including a basic understanding of legal and ethical aspects of Occupational medicine practice and principles of workers compensation law is preferred. Washington State license preferred, National Certification and DEA Number. Salary negotiable, based on experience, ranging from $73-114K.

We are looking for coverage for the following dates: 12/18 - 1/9/09, Closed 12/25 and 1/1. At this time, no Saturday coverage but it is a possibility.
