Physician Assistant/Fresno, CA - Large Orthopedic group in Fresno, California needs Physician Assistants experienced in hand surgery. PA will work with with 3 of the 4 hand surgeons in the group. They have 15 mid levels now and 20 physicians in all. This practice is the major orthopedics provider for Fresno and three sports teams in area. They will pay $80-100K base, depending upon experience, with $20K bonus pool. Call is $500/night, minimum of 3 nights and up to max of 5-6 nights a month. See an average of 15 patients per day for two days a week in clinic. First assist in surgery two and a half days a week with 6 to 7 cases a day, up to 15 a week average. Successful candidate must be able to hit floor running. No high maintenance types. Must be nationally certified. California license, a plus. Excellent benefits package included.
