Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner/Uvalde, TX - Community Health Center owned by local hospital is in need of an experience Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner. This is a modern facility located on the edge of the beautiful Texas hill country, 90 minutes west of San Antonio. Practice encompasses all ages, including families from surrounding areas. Practice has a wonderful client base, which allows you to get to know the patient, and follow through with your treatment. PA or FNP must be capable of seeing patients independently. Physicians may not always be on site, but are available by phone. Community of 15,000 is known as the home town of actor Matthew McConaughey, actress Dale Evans, and former Governor of Texas Dolph Briscoe. Salary range $72-85K with full benefits and generous CME.
