Nurse Practitioner, Rutland, VT - Nurse Practitioner is needed in central Vermont hospital to be responsible and accountable for managing the clinical day to day operations for the Community Cancer Center. Utilizes effective strategies in developing, supervising and evaluating work processes, resource consumption and outcomes. The Clinical Nurse Manager plays a major role in the development of personnel, compliance with regulatory and professional standards, and the fostering of interdisciplinary collaborative relationships within the areas of responsibility and the institution as a whole. Nurse Practitioner works both autonomously and in collaboration with a variety of health care providers to diagnose and manage the health care problems of both inpatients and outpatients with the diagnosis of cancer and HIV. APRN Licensure, advanced preparation as a nurse practitioner, with a minimum of one year Advanced Practice Nursing desired. Previous experience in a management or supervisory position is desirable. Experience in Palliative Care Preferred. $70-111K, based on experience plus exceptional benefit package.
