Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner/West Central, Illinois – Positions for both Physician Assistants and Family Nurse Practitioners to work 12-hour shifts in new hospital-owned Primary Care Clinic! The PA or FNP will work in a primary care clinic setting under the supervision of a staff physician. This is a new venture and will focus on patient assessment and basic treatments. After a period of orientation, the PA or FNP will work as a team and consult medical staff as needed. There will also be periodic rotations through the Urgent Care/Emergency Department until the clinic is up and running. Shifts will be three 12-hour shifts weekly with no weekend work. Location is in west central Illinois in a community of 40,000 located on the Mississippi River. Illinois license and DEA number, a plus. Salary range $75-101K based on experience, plus incentive compensation plan. Relocation assistance is available. Signing bonus for immediate hire.
