Dynamic, rewarding practice environment for Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in South Carolina! Assist attending physician in managing acute rehabilitation patients in a 40-bed, acute medical rehabilitation hospital in upstate South Carolina. Patients are post trauma, stroke, cardio-pulmonary, orthopedic. There is no call during the week. Share weekend call, which usually requires two Saturdays per month, plus being available by phone. Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner should have good internal medicine skills. Very nice community in which to live, with many amenities, in northern South Carolina just 30 minutes from downtown Charlotte. Salary Range 75-95K, depending upon experience, plus benefits.
