Hematology and Oncology practice in northwest Georgia has an immediate opening for a full-time Nurse Practitioner. Practice has three physicians in an 8000 square-foot, state-of-the-art, medical office, including patient exam rooms, lab and chemotherapy infusion center. The hours are Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM with 1/2 day off during the week. Responsibility includes hospital rounds in the afternoon before 5PM. Call involves only phone calls and is 2 days per week and one weekend per month. Location is in a vibrant manufacturing area at the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. There are unlimited recreational activities like hiking, horseback riding and whitewater rafting. Less than 30 minutes from major metropolitan area. Salary $70-75K. Benefits include bonuses twice per year, 2 weeks gross pay in May and 3 weeks gross pay in November, paid CME, malpractice insurance, medical insurance and retirement plan.
