Eastern North Carolina medical center with eighteen medical sites has an immediate need for a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in a clinic seeing all age groups from newborns to geriatrics. This rural health clinic, housed inside the local health department, sees patients of all socio-economic backgrounds. Scope of practice includes everything from well-baby exams and family planning to diabetes management. Hours are Mon & Thur 8AM-6PM, Tue & Wed 8AM-5PM and Fri 8AM-1PM. No nights, weekends or on-call. Salary range $65-75K plus health, dental, life, CME and vacation.
