Rural Health Clinic located on the beautiful coast of Maine has an immediate opening for a Family Practice Physician Assistant and/or Family Nurse Practitioner. Duties include office visits, providing medical care to residents of the local healthcare facilities as needed, home visits, sharing call and other responsibilities related to patient care in general medicine. Evaluate, diagnose and treat work-related injuries. Perform pre-employment and DOT physical examinations. Minor procedure experience including: suturing minor wounds; skin lesion removals, skin biopsies, cryotherapy and I & D of abscesses. Will consider an Experienced Provider or New Graduate. Successful candidate will have national certification; should be BCLS certified. The salary range for NP/PA $60-80K is negotiable based on experience. Computer skills or desire to learn computer skills are a must with an EMR system. Work with four other providers in a modern facility.
