Louisiana licensed Family Nurse Practitioner needed for a new hospital operated rural health clinic. Small community in southwest Louisiana that is on the road to recovery after being affected by Hurricane Rita. Clinic will provide a nice, easy paced environment with the benefits of flexibility. All computer-based charting and medical records. Close working relationship with supervising physician. Clinic is open M-F, no weekends. Excellent benefit package. LA licensed NP required; Family Nurse Practitioner preferred; minimum 1 year in clinic setting preferred. The population in the community is growing due to the natural gas industry which has invested millions of dollars in the area. Salary Range $82-$95K depending on experience.
