Immediate need for an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner in a Pennsylvania rural clinic in the Kennet Square area. Clinic is 30 minutes form Philadelphia and near Wilmington, Delaware. Clinic serves uninsured immigrant workers in the thriving mushroom farming industry. FNP must be proficient in both English and Spanish. Provide screening for primary care and behavioral health problems. Diagnosis and management of episodic and chronic illnesses. Evaluation and treatment or injuries. Must be personable and work well as a member of a team. Public health or community health experience or background in working with a second culture is preferred. Must have or be eligible for Pennsylvania licensure, National Certification, Medicare and Medicaid credentialing and prescriptive privileges. Salary $75-85K with excellent benefits including health, prescriptive coverage, dental, life insurance, disability, pension, three weeks vacation.
